I am genuinely grateful for approaches to try to help releve his pain 1 tried a series of remedies before DD. Sports massage, acupuncture and utimately seeing a pain specialist. Over the last couple of years, I had3 sets of spinal injections. The frst worked well and I was pain free for 6 months but then the pain reoccurred. 2 subsequent sets of irjections didn't really help and were largely ineflective. Thinking he'd reached the end of the road and wouldn't be able to play sport or wak again, he discovered our DD Therapy programmes at the Sussex Back Pain Cinic, that we've been using Successfuly for over 10 years to help people with disc problems without the need for injection or surgery. Prior to the most recent lockdown I had bogun to play golf again, I even carried a ight weight bag with a hall set of clubs for 18 holes. I now am waiking 23 miles everycay pain froe. Al in al, I have groater mobility and a rotum to a more normal ife". When asked what advice he would give to anyone considering this troatment, Philp saidt "Give it a try - you have nothing to kose. It may not work for everyone but it has cortainly helped me.
